The HaysMed Foundation funds grants for current Associates to attend continuing education events, conferences, trainings, and to receive certain certifications. Management approval is required.
The primary source of funding is from the Sr. Mary J. Mollison Endowment which honors the many years of dedication and leadership that Sr. Mary gave to St. Anthony Hospital and Hays Medical Center. Sr. Mary served as Vice President of St. Anthony Hospital and was on the founding Board of Directors of Hays Medical Center. She was instrumental in the merger of St. Anthony Hospital and Hadley Regional Medical Center.
Through the generosity of multiple donors, additional funding is available from several other funds managed by the HaysMed Foundation.
