New Aquatic Cycles at The Center for Health Improvement

Aquatic Cycles

The Center for Health Improvement recently added 3 aquatic cycles to benefit patients recovering from an injury, pre/postnatal mothers, and older adults thanks to gifts to the HaysMed Foundation.

Cycling in the water allows the lower body to move without the impact of normal cycling. The low-impact, high-resistance of the water not only enhances cardiovascular fitness but also helps increase flexibility, muscle, and bone strength. It also helps improve posture and balance. The cycles can be used all year for various populations.
