Joe and Linda Glassman Receive Don and Chris Bickle Philanthropy Award

Joe and Linda Glassman and the Glassman Corporation are the 2025 recipients of the prestigious Don and Chris Bickle Philanthropy Award. They have been at the leading edge of decades of innovation and advocacy at HaysMed with generous support for Thank You HaysMed Day, our cardiology, diabetes, and hospice patients, special projects, the Associate Golf Tournament, and much more. As if that weren’t enough, Linda spent more than 30 years as a nurse at HaysMed improving the quality of life for thousands of patients and their families.

During the 2025 Award presentation, Jeff Brull, Executive Director of the HaysMed Foundation shared, “From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank Joe and Linda for their expertise and charitable spirit. Their projects exemplify the kind of rubber meets the road projects that make an immediate impact on patient care and our Associates.”

The Don and Chris Bickle Philanthropy Award is bestowed annually by the HaysMed Foundation. This award recognizes benefactors that have demonstrated leadership through investment in the programs and people at HaysMed. It is fitting that the award serves both to honor its inductees as well as to inspire others. The award was first presented to Don and Chris Bickle, and has since been awarded to the Hadley Foundation, The Schmidt Foundation, the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, and posthumously to Lillian Schumacher.
