Hospice Community Memory Tree

HaysMed Hospice sponsors a Community Memory Tree each holiday season.

• Honor someone special in your life with a suggested donation of $20 to HaysMed Hospice.
• A brass dove ornament will be engraved with the name of the person you are honoring or remembering.
• The doves will be placed on the Hospice Memory Tree located in the lobby adjacent to the Hospice office inside Entrance C.

For over 30 years, Hospice at HaysMed has lit the community and the surrounding area with hope, comfort and understanding for the terminally ill and their families. Donations enhance the resources available for education, support the volunteer and bereavement programs in their entirety and cover patient-related expenses not paid for by insurances.

Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Make your donation online below. If you make a gift online, be sure to include your loved one(s) name as you would like it on the ornament.
